Welcome to Communitaz. By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application or website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance & Eligibility
- Minimum Age & Accurate Date of Birth: You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction) to create an account on Communitaz. You must be at least 18 years of age to create communities, host events, or charge ticket admission. You agree to provide a genuine, accurate date of birth during registration; falsifying your age is a material violation of these Terms.
- Account Responsibility: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Community Standards & User Conduct
- Zero-Tolerance Policy: Communitaz maintains strict zero tolerance for objectionable content, harassment, hate speech, bullying, discrimination, or abusive behavior. Violations will result in immediate permanent account termination.
- Authentic Identity: Your profile details, community descriptions, and event listings must be accurate and truthful. Impersonating another person or entity is strictly prohibited.
- User-Generated Content: You retain ownership of content you post, but you grant Communitaz a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your content to other members in connection with providing the service.
3. Real-Life Events & Safety Disclaimer
- Voluntary Participation: Participating in real-world activities or attending events organized by community hosts is entirely voluntary. Communitaz does not conduct criminal background checks on attendees or organizers.
- Assumption of Risk: You assume all risks associated with attending real-life gatherings. Communitaz is not liable for personal injury, property loss, accidents, or disputes arising between participants during offline meetups.
4. Account Verification & Purge Policy
- 30-Day Email Verification: To protect the community from automated spam and fake accounts, all new accounts must verify their email within 30 days. Accounts remaining unverified past this deadline are automatically purged.
5. In-App Subscriptions, Payments & Event Admissions
- Communitaz Pro In-App Subscriptions: Communitaz Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) processed through Apple In-App Purchases. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle. You may manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings. Refunds and billing inquiries are governed by Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
- Event Admissions & Tickets: Community organizers may establish admission fees or ticket prices in supported world currencies. Communitaz acts as an informational platform connecting organizers and attendees. Hosts are solely responsible for setting clear admission guidelines, event scheduling, attendance limits, and refund or cancellation terms for their events.
